Cancellations & Returns for Online Orders

  • Complimentary items are non-exchangeable and do not come with a warranty.

  • Items sold at a discount due to being ex-display or damaged are excluded from our standard return policy.

If you need to cancel your order before delivery, return an item afterward, or face any issues, our team is here to help.

Changed your mind? You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. We offer a collection service for returns, with fees based on the type of item.

Returning an Item – Step-by-Step

Step 1: Make sure the item is in its original condition.
Items that have been assembled or removed from packaging will be charged 50% of the purchase price , plus a £49.99 deinstallation charge.

Step 2: Ensure the item is ready for collection within 14 days.

Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
Please note: Refunds may take additional time due to bank processing times.

Return Costs

  • Return shipping within the UK mainland is £75.00. Costs may be higher for other regions.

  • Smaller items can be returned via Royal Mail or courier for approximately £10–£20.

  • For large items, we can arrange collection—fees will vary depending on the item’s value.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel your order, we’ll refund your payment minus any incurred charges.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
