  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping: £14.99 for orders below £100

    • Free Shipping: Available for orders over £100


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.


Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

    • High order volumes

    • Carrier delays

Damaged or Lost Orders
